Centrifugal casting is a method of casting molten metal into a mold that rotates at high speed. It is used to produce cylindrical parts with precise dimensions and uniform internal structures, such as pipes and tubes. The process begins by spinning the mold on an axle supported by bearings while liquid metal is poured in through an opening at the top. As it cools, the centrifugal force pushes the molten metal against the walls of the mold, creating a strong bond between them.

Radiant tubes are commonly used heating devices in industrial furnaces, and the main heat transfer method is radiation. The application of gas radiant tube heating devices in industrial kilns can reduce the basic construction and operating costs of the kiln, improve production efficiency, and prolong the life of the furnace.
